
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped - Although I do strive to have your orders out ASAP I also work a part time job which limits my available hours throughout the week.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, refunds for change of mind purchases won't be processed. Every order through my website has a fee attached, meaning that I would be at a disadvantage for every refund. If you're wanting to exchange products - this is possible but will need to be sent back at your own cost
If an item is missing or damaged when you receive your order - I will need a formal email including photos of your package and your invoice, once I've been able to revise the email, a refund may be processed for you in the form of a store credit, which you'll be able to use on future orders.
In the case that your order is damaged in transit - before I am able to refund your order, a dispute needs to be opened with the courier company to see if there is an opportunity for compensation to be given by that company.
If your order is 'returned to sender' I will need to receive the package back before a refund can be processed. This is so I can ensure that everything is accurately returned and there isn't anymore mistakes made by the courier company on the way back to me.
